21.08.2023. We started with the production of Dual point HVSP regulators. The special feature of the dual point regulator is that it primarily quickly regulates the minimum voltage on its terminals to 14.3VDC. The consequence of this is that with a higher current, the average voltage will rise proportionally to the internal resistance of the installation. In order to control this voltage rise, the dual point regulator uses an additional standard regulation circuit that limits the mean value of the voltage on the regulator terminals to 14.6V. Thus, the regulator copes well with installations with lower and higher impedance. The goal is to keep the battery voltage at around 14.3VDC or higher. Dual point HVSP thus becomes a good replacement for the 14V-3FHVSP-30A-AX-K2-LI version of the regulator for AGM batteries because it provides a higher voltage on the battery and does not require a measuring contact wire. Of course, in the case of a bad installation, when the voltage on the regulator is limited to an average of 14.6V, it may happen that the required charging voltage is not reached. The result will depend on the connection method. The connection to the installation is more favorable because it gives a higher voltage on the battery. A direct connection to the battery can give a slightly lower voltage. The price of the DP14V-3FHVSP-30A-AX-KS-LI regulator is €10 higher than the 14V-3FHVSP-30A-AX-KS-LI. Full documentation about the regulator: DP14V-3FHVSP-30A-AX-KS-LI.

13.06.2023. We offer an improved series-parallel regulator 14V-3FHVSP-30A-AX-K2-LI. It is distinguished by voltage measurement on the contact+ wire and overvoltage protection on the contact+ and ACC+ wires. Due to the voltage measurement on the contact+ wire, it maintains the voltage much better at higher currents. It is recommended when using AGM batteries. The price of the 14V-3FHVSP-30A-AX-K2-LI regulator will be €10 higher than the 14V-3FHVSP-30A-AX-KS-LI. We also do the 14V-3FHVSP-30A-BX-K2-LI version. Full documentation about the regulator: 14V-3FHVSP-30A-AX-K2-LI.

10.09.2022. In the 8th month, we started the development of improved voltage regulation on the regulators. The special feature of the dual point regulator is that it primarily quickly regulates the minimum voltage on its terminals to 14.15VDC. The goal is to keep the battery voltage at around 14.1VDC or higher. The dual ponit version of regulation will be possible on all series regulators and even on HVSP regulators. The name will be distinguished by the prefix "DP". An example of full documentation is:DP14V-1F-10A-A-LI.pdf . You can read more about DP regulation on page 2 of the documentation. DP regulators will be about €10 (75 kn) more expensive and will be made to order

30.06.2021. For easier diagnosis of charging problems, it is possible to order an HVSP type regulator with two flashing LEDs (LIP2X) for HRK 30. The flashing LED of the serial regulator shows the load of the generator. If the LED lights up constantly, the generator is 100% loaded. In other situations, the load is proportional to the ratio of blinks and pauses. The flashing LED of the parallel regulator shows when the parallel regulator is activated. It can be activated when there is a large voltage drop on the installation towards the battery, when the battery does not receive electricity or when, at high revolutions of the machine, it occasionally unblocks one of the series thyristors. In this last case, the LED of the serial regulator should be off.
21.02.2021. We are developing a new and better website for regulators that is also adapted for mobile phones: regleri.sper.hr
23.01.2020. The warranty on the regulators has been extended to 3 years. HVSP regulators still have a 4-year warranty! The prices of cheaper regulators have also been adjusted due to changes in purchase prices.
01.07.2019. The process of keeping the polyurethane components has been improved, which will ensure the high quality of the grout throughout the entire period of use. The consequence will be that the failure of the regulator, which until now was 95% related to the quality of the filling mass, will completely stop. As a result, the quality of the grout remains high from the moment the package is opened until the end.
13.04.2019. We offer the option of an LED with three display states: off, on, flashing. Off = the regulator is off or the voltage is higher than set, On = the regulator does not reach the set voltage or the generator is faulty, Blinking = the voltage reached is maintained. The advantage of a flashing LED is that a flashing indication certainly shows that the regulator is working, while a switched off LED can mean that the regulator is not working at all. It is possible to have such an LED on the regulator, an LED output and an LED output via a contact wire:
15.01.2019. We produce the regulator 14V-3FHVSP-30A-BX-K-LI. The advantage is better cooling.
15.05.2018. The 14V-3FHVSP-30A-AX regulator has stronger thyristors with better heat dissipation in the serial regulator.

10.08.2017. We produce regulators with a higher regulation voltage of 14.45V instead of 14.3V to ensure safer battery charging at higher currents.
14.05.2016. Added regulator combined regulator for lights and battery 12VCA+14VDC-1FG-15A-AX. In more detail.
01.04.2015. We repair our 14V-3FHVSP-30A-AX type regulators outside the warranty period that have the error that they have stopped charging, and the cause is not water penetration or the destruction of power semiconductors. At the same time, temperature protection (70°C) is added to the regulator, the charging voltage is raised to 14.3V, and by upgrading to a newer version, a malfunction in the regulation electronics is eliminated. We fix the same error free of charge within the warranty period.
23.09.2014. The website is starting to rebuild. The images of the regulator are updated due to changes. The output cable on the moto regulators will be black if available.
15.08.2014. Realized improved alternator regulator with diodes. The output is PNP type with current and thermal protection. In more detail.
15.07.2014. he operation of the serial voltage comparator has been improved. Due to the short and fast thyristor triggering pulses, the LED indicator no longer flashes when the regulator maintains the voltage. The charging voltage due to improved regulation has been increased to 14.3. We make the HVSP regulator only in the 6-wire version. In the case of a 5-wire installation, the 6th wire (contact+) is connected to acc+.

01.09.2013. We produce the HVSP regulator with a higher parallel protection voltage (+0.8V instead of +0.6V)
02.05.2013. The cable that enters the regulators at the connection with the PU bay has a broken outer shield for better protection against water penetration
